Based on the high level capabilities as depicted in the 'strategy' viewpoint, more detailed capabilities are described in this viewpoint.
The 'subcapabalities' are intended as clarification for non-technical people (policy makers) to help explain that there are different capabilities (or functionalities) that an LDT can implement.
This is to underline the fact that not every LDT is composed out of the same 'building blocks', depending on the type of intended use.
However, re-use of common building blocks (like a visualisation capability) is very much encouraged.
Furthermore this viewpoint maps the Capabilities to business services that realize such a capability, as an overview and link to a business process based approach to determine which building blocks to adopt or implement.
